Put your pan in a plastic bag and pour ammonia into the bag and tie up and let set overnight. Or take a large trash bag put the pan in it cover it with ammonia straight ammonia seal the bag and leave it outside for a few hours or a day. Just be careful with the fumes put it outside. It worked like a charm for me with the stove racks that have baked on grease on them! It works!!

Pour a bottle of cola in your pan, leave it over night, in the morning it will all go away when you wash.

Boil or heat up water with 1 cup vinegar until simmer, add 1/2 cup baking soda (watch it does not over boil) and soak the pan in over night. Wash in warm water and if some specks are left, and scrub.

Final advice: Your pan is not dirty.! It is a well seasoned pan. I’d just wash it in the dishwasher and let it be.
