Ice Chest Corn On The Cob. Perfect easy cooler recipe for an outdoor BBQ, or when you wish to feed a crowd.

Make sure your ice chest is cleaned. I have a Yeti ice chest and I love it.

Prepare your corn by removing the husk, and place it in your cooler.

Add boiling water to cover all of the corn.

The corn should be cooked within 30 minutes.

Drain and serve. After draining, corn should remained hot in cooler for 2 hours.

Don’t forget the butter!
