Natural Recipe For A Good Night’s Sleep. Forget sleeping pills and make this easy healthy drink. You only need 2 ingredients.

Banana peels are high in Potassium and Magnesium. The banana peel has more magnesium than the banana  itself.

Magnesium is the most important mineral for muscle relaxation and can reduce muscle cramps and other aches and pains.

Potassium helps regulate fluid balance, muscle contractions and nerve signals. A high-potassium diet may help reduce blood pressure and water retention, protect against stroke and prevent osteoporosis and kidney stones. Unfortunately, very few people get enough potassium.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups Boiling water
  • 2 Bananas

Instructions

  1. Boil water on your stove.
  2. Cut the ends off the bananas. Throw away the ends.

  3. Slice the bananas into 3 slices, leaving the peeling intact. Place in the boiling water.
  4. Boil for 10 minutes.
  5. Take out the bananas and drink a cup of the warm liquid 1 hour before bedtime.

  6. Drink a cup every night for at least 2 weeks for full benefit.
