No Bake Yogurt Brownies. This is an easy recipe. You only need 4 ingredients. Taste so good you would never know how healthy it is.
No Bake Yogurt Brownies
- 1 and 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar OR Splenda
- 2 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips melted
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave until melted. About 30 seconds.
- Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Place in dish lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
- Freeze or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
