No Bake Yogurt Brownies. This is an easy recipe. You only need 4 ingredients. Taste so good you would never know how healthy it is.
No Bake Yogurt Brownies
- 1 and 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon sugar OR Splenda
- 2 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips melted
Melt chocolate chips in microwave until melted. About 30 seconds.
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Place in dish lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
Freeze or refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
