Instructions

  1. Asparagus = Boil 10 to 15 minutes, Steam 8 to 10 minutes, Sauteed 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Beets = Boil 30 to 60 minutes, Steam 40 to 60 minutes.
  3. Broccoli = Boil 10 to 15 minutes, Steam 5 to 6 minutes, Sauteed 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Cabbage = Boil 5 to 10 minutes, Steam 5 to 8 minutes, Sauteed 3 minutes.
  5. Carrots = Boil 5 to 10 minutes, Steam 4 to 5 minutes, Sauteed 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Corn on the cob = Boil 5 to 8 minutes, Steam 4 to 7 minutes.
  7. Green beans = Boil 10 to 20 minutes, Steam 5 to 15 minutes, Sauteed 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Mushrooms = Boil 3 to 4 minutes, Steam 4 to 5 minutes, Sauteed 4 to 5 minutes.
  9. Bell Peppers = Boil 4 to 5 minutes, Steam 2 to 4 minutes, Sauteed 2 to 3 minutes.
  10. Peas = Boil 8 to 12 minutes, Steam 3 to 5 minutes, Sauteed 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. Potatoes = Boil 15 to 20 minutes, Steam 10 to 12 minutes.
  12. Spinach = Boil 2 to 5 minutes, Steam 5 to 6 minutes, Sauteed 3 minutes.
  13. Squash/Zucchini = Boil 5 to 10 minutes, Steam 5 to 10 minutes, Sauteed 3 to 4 minutes.
